AND now for the ultimate twist, Kevin Pietersen has resigned after losing the support of some teammates and board members following his push to remove coach Peter Moores. Officials reportedly didn't taken kindly to his aggressive, underhanded tactics to remove Moores, while teammates were reported to be unimpressed by their skipper's handling of the situation.
